
Randi has earned the SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation so as to be able to meet the special real estate needs and concerns of maturing Americans. This is a designation that requires specialized training, education and experience. It is given by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council (SAREC®) and recognized by the National Association of Realtors.
SRES REALTORS® help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate. By earning the SRES designation, Randi has demonstrated that she has the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to be a seniors real estate specialist and counselor.
